Return Policies
Scrubs Outlet Online
is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied for every return unconditionally unless mistake is made by  Scrubs Outlet Online. (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • Please e-mail or call before you return an item. 

     

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies 
After you receive your shipment, please thoroughly check that your order contains what you bought. If you find anything wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to let us know via e-mail at amks@scrubsoutletonline.com for a return or an even exchange. These shipping and handling charges apply only for the United States. Anywhere outside of  United States please call or email us for shipping and handling charges. However, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges when returning the order unless it is damaged during the shipment. We will send you a replacement or a refund for free. If you want to return the merchandise, for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all S & H charges and the company will give you a credit for the product you purchased. Please contact us via e-mail before returning the order. Three day delivery does not mean you will get it in three days of the purchase. You will get it in three business days once your order is shipped. You will be notified via email when it is shipped. The customer must notify us immidiately if there is anything wrong with the package including, shippment, damages, and/or you receive the wrong items. 
Items that are washed, customized, or engraved will not be elligable for a return under any circumstances unless the mistake is make by Scrubs Outlet Online.

For Out of Country Customers:
These charges are only valid for the 50 States of the United States of America, and we do not ship out of the country unless the customer is willing to pay the whole shippment charges and is responsible for the shippment, including custom charges or any other charges. For any returns, please contact us before.

 
         
The company's return policy is to provide our valued customers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Our customers have a 14-day return policy upon delivery. The company wants its customers to be completely satisfied with the merchandise they purchased. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with our products, he/she can return the merchandise under the following conditions:
1.      Merchandise is unwashed.
2.      Merchandise is not damaged or ripped (unless it is damaged during shipment).
3.      Merchandise must have the original packaging.
4.      Must provide the original invoice/ receipt at the time of return or exchange.
